” I still don’t know what I was waiting for/And my time was running wild/A million dead-end streets/And every time I thought I’d got it made/ It seemed the taste was not so sweet/So I turned myself to face me/But I’ve never caught a glimpse/.Of how the others must see the faker/I’m much too fast to take that test”

this is my first appearance on AMCPRESS&CO the blog site. I can promise you that more is coming. Its been very busy, round here.

today is a very sad day indeed….

He was one of my heroes.  David Bowie was. Bloody hell,  he’s gone. I first got introduced to him via Labyrinth. I was 9. I remember that a babysitter put it on and literally changed my life. His influence and scope of range is and was fascinating. For myself having a disability and having someone to look up too was key, I was and am a very private person however this is one of my idols in a world of chaos and pain (seizures and ADHD) was someone I listened to when I was younger, I am just very happy I lived in a world while he was alive. I said to myself, now here is a man who takes his specialty seriously and people were saying to me “oh you can’t be like that” Meanwhile 6,000 miles away and in New York and all around he was changing the world.

All I have to say is thank you STAMEN for changing my life.  I will miss you loads.
