“Changes Are Coming to Verizon”

Verizon just announced that they ditching annual plans to month to month plans starting Thursday.

Current customers with annual plans can keep their plans or switch over to a month to month plan over Current customers with annual plans can keep their plans or switch over to a month to month plan over an annual plan. The month to month option would include four plans with new options.

The new options are $30 a month for 1GB of data, $45 for a month 3GB, $60 for a month 6GB, $80 for a month for 120GB. The data can be shared between 10 different devices.

The cost per line for smartphones would be $20.00 a month, tablets, hotspot and jet packs would be $10.00 and connected devices like smart watches would be $5.00 a month. This news is vague and doesn’t give enough information however I did contact Verizon Wireless about this news the agent said that these plan would still have unlimited talk and text.

This information hasn’t been released yet. When I contacted them about my own plan the person expressed that they aren’t making people leave their current plans.
